Course Objective and Content

This course is part of the basic training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Financial accounting is the module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into which almost all other modules are integrated. Therefore, basic knowledge of the financial accounting module is essential for understanding the functionality of other modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central!

In this course, participants will be provided with fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central financial accounting. Using practical examples, participants will learn how to solve various cases.

  • Posting logic (posting groups/matrices)

The course combines short theoretical elements in the form of PowerPoint presentations with detailed live demonstrations of application scenarios in the system. Additionally, there is ample time for questions and discussions, and participants can gain hands-on experience in financial management through practical exercises. The latest updates from the current BC version are continuously incorporated into the course content.

Prerequisites

A mandatory prerequisite is that participants have completed the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Essentials course or have equivalent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Furthermore, accounting knowledge is absolutely essential.
